To regulate the heat distribution at different rooms of a house which has only one central thermo-controller, so each room temperature can be adjusted independently and with various temperature profiles during a day. Besides control from an app, the regulator has a central device with lcd monitoring and control via remote control, which can be the less used buttons of your TV remote.
The product has not yet been commercialized, but a working prototype has been built and tested. Expressions of interest are considered for customized production.
